I had to hurry up to a hospital for a visit.
__________

One week earlier, I was returning from my office.

I really had a terrible day.  I had to force myself past the crowded streets though my thoughts were glued to the day’s happenings.

I had to get at least a minimum of 5 clients today. Each company had its own way of sending off or neglecting. But, I must say the last company which I had visited was really special. They seemed to be interested and I had to propose the entire plans and specifications.

It was nearing to a deal when I was queried about the company’s last quarterly results. I know it was not encouraging. Returning back to the company empty-handed, I had to face the world’s one and only living beast, my boss! Recollecting all these had made me depressed and suddenly….

___________

Dhoom!!!

___________

The blood gushed in everywhere. I had fainted after seeing the blood. A person was shouting, “A speeding car had hit. Somebody HELP!!”

Do not worry about me just yet!

Waking up, I found a little girl near to my bed with severe head injuries. I had realized the situation that I had hit her and she was in ICU now. I was discharged after a couple of hours.

I am not Chris Gayle and I do not own a BMW. Yet it cost only 50 grand to hit a girl and still walk out as a person who is eligible to fly abroad. After all I am one among those who were never bound by law!

Hit-and-Do not Run  :  Salman Khan Style

Taken from old Times of India report. Excerpts......

On September 28, 2002, Salman Khan's Toyota Land Cruiser had rammed into a bakery in suburban Bandra, killing one and injuring four others who were sleeping on a pavement.

The actor was booked on a charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. However, he said that it was merely an accident and he did not have any intention to kill anyone.

The Bombay high court had held that Section 304 part II of the Indian Penal Code (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) was not applicable in the case and that the actor be tried under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code (rash and negligent driving) and other relevant sections.

The court had framed charges against the actor under section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code (rash and negligent driving), 279 (rash driving), 337 (causing minor injuries), 338 (causing major injuries) and 427 (negligence).

Earlier this year, the police had again sought that the actor be tried under more serious charge of 'culpable homicide not amounting to murder'. The application is still pending.

The prosecution has examined 11 witnesses ever since the trial began in 2005. However, two witnesses, Ravindra Patil, his police bodyguard, and Ramasray Pandey who witnessed the incident, turned hostile.

Now with the case still pending in the court, the newspaper headlines read : Salman Khan exempted from personal appearance due to his 47th birthday.
